FOUNDATION: Isolated footings with anti termite treatment & M-20 grade of concrete, 10" Outside wall below plinth beam.
SUPER STRUCTURE: Framed structure as per BIS specification with M-20 grade of concrete.
WALLS: 8" exterior and 5" interior walls with 1st class K.B./Cement/flyash bricks.
ROOF HEIGHT: 10" including roof.
FLOORING: Vitrified tiles NITCO/Kajaria or equivalent. Passage and Parking with paving tiles of Grade -V type.
KITCHEN: Granite Cooking platform, Ceramic tile cladding up to 3" height.
DOORS: Sal wood frames of section 5" x 21/ 2 , Entry door shall be of Teakwood - decorative shutter with magic eye.Other doors factory made flush door of reputed brand with S.S . fittings . Painting will be melamine finish.
WINDOWS: Sal wood frames with glazed shutter & protective M.S . Grills.
TOILET: Glazed tile cladding up to a height of TO" . All CP fittings will be (Jaquar/Marc/equivalent) and ceramic ware will be white Hindware/Parryware make.
SEWERAGE: Common sewerage treatment septic tank and soak-pit.Under-ground/covered storm water drains shall be provided.
